Hi, my name is Sherri, and I am glad you are here!
I’ve spent most of my life helping people. I’ve helped them sort through what was confusing, learn what seemed complicated, and find their way forward with confidence. Sometimes that happened through my professional roles—training employees, leading teams, creating workflows, teaching complex processes, and helping others grow in their careers. Just as often, it happened in everyday life—supporting family during difficult seasons, helping friends untangle what they were feeling, and becoming the person people trusted when they needed clarity, encouragement, or someone who just cared enough to listen.
Over time, I’ve noticed a pattern.
Many women are constantly busy—we're always multitasking, handling all the day-to-day things that seem necessary. All of that busyness can bury clarity. Deep down, we often know what we believe and what we value. The women I've known aren't lazy, unmotivated, or incapable. More often, they're simply carrying too much. I know that, for many years, I was. And when we're carrying too much, it becomes difficult to recognize and honor what matters most—or even make room to consider what we need and want.
I understand that feeling because I've lived it.
I've experienced difficult seasons in my life—some were because I chose to take on challenging responsibilities and others were because of life’s unexpected turns. Through it all, I’ve learned that happiness in life isn't found in striving and peace isn't found through escape. It isn’t something that comes when life slows down, or when you “get it together” or become more organized. And it most definitely is not found by ignoring the struggle and pushing through.
Peace comes from learning to trust with your heart what your mind already knows to be true—and then learning to live like you believe it.
This is the heart of Grace & Clarity.
